Delete your account
You can delete your Object Containment Devices account, and the data kept with it, at any time. In the app, go to Extras → Delete account. Or sign in below and delete it here.
What is deleted
- Your account and the email address you sign in with.
- The device designs saved to your account.
- Your order history, and the delivery details kept with your orders.
- The registrations that send order updates to your phone.
They are deleted straight away, and this can't be undone.
What is kept
Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps its records of your payments and refunds, and our shipping provider, Shippo, keeps its records of your shipments. They keep them for as long as their own legal and accounting obligations require, and we can't delete them. Once your account is deleted, those records no longer connect to an account with us.
Before you start
An order that is still being made or on its way has to arrive before the account can be deleted, so we can finish and deliver it. Nothing is deleted until it has.

Because you sign in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple first.
Your account has been deleted
Your account, your saved designs and your order history have been deleted, and you have been signed out. Designs saved in the app on a phone stay on that phone until you delete them or remove the app.
Can't sign in? Email support@silvermana.works from the address your account uses, and we'll delete it for you.
